DZS1 series electromagnetic loss-of-power brakes are friction brakes (hereinafter referred to as brakes), which are powered off (released) and spring braked when power is off. IIt is mainly matched with the motor to form an electromagnetic braking three-phase asynchronous motor.It is widely used in metallurgy, construction, chemical industry, food, machine tools, packaging and other machinery, as well as safety (hazard prevention) braking in case of power failure, to achieve fast parking and accurate positioning. This kind of brake has the advantages of compact structure, convenient installation, wide adaptability, low noise, high working frequency, sensitive action, and reliable braking. It can be attached with a manual release device and is an ideal automatic control actuator. It is divided into two types: adjustable torque type (conventional type) and non-adjustable type (N type).
