Pure Tungsten Crucible

Forging tungsten crucible can be used in sapphire single crystal growth furnace, quartz glass melting furnace, rare earth smelting furnace and other industrial furnace. It’s working in high temperature more than 2000 degrees.

Forging tungsten crucibles are produced by turning of tungsten rods. It’s advantages on the characteristics of small size and high density. The wall thickness is usually 3 to 10 mm; the diameter is less than 80 mm.

In order to guarantee the quality , we can test density, hardness, surface roughness, grain size, tensile strength and other parameters of our products. we can precisely get the overall density of the large crucibles, which may reflect the real performance of the crucible. . The possible internal injury of crucible such as porosity, slag and cracks are doubly strictly inspected with eddy current and ultrasonic equipment .
