1. Description of static shielding cushion pouches
Static shielding cushion pouches are a heavy-duty three layered cushion pouch to keep item secure. The outer layer is metalized static shielding, middle layer is static-dissipative bubble cushioning and the inner layer is static dissipative poly. The materials and pouches are made compliance with SGS and Rosh.
2. Features of static shielding cushion pouches
• Made of an Amine Free Static Dissipative Shielding material and 2 or 3 layer cushion pouch.
• No ethoxylated tertiary amine (no corrosion to polycarbonate boards).
• No greasy or oily feeling.
• No allergic reaction.
• No greasy pattern markings on product, taping is possible, will adhere to outer material.
• Meets Electrical Specifications of MIL-PRF-81705D Type II, PPP-C 795C Class II, MIL-DTL-117H. Electrical Properties Test Method Anti Static Values Static Decay Rate 5KV-O Volts
